Rhan o'n strategaeth Campws 2025 yw pecyn o geisiadau cynllunio - y mae eu llwyddiant yn hanfodol i ddyfodol y brifysgol, a fydd yn ein galluogi i uwchraddio ein cyfleusterau academaidd a lletya, fel y gallwn gynnal daroariaeth a niferoedd myfyrwyr hyfyw dros yr ystod o gyrsiau academaidd y mae'n eu darparu. Mae'r pecyn hefyd yn cynnwys gwerthu tir-ddaliadau di-angen, a all wneud cyfraniad cadarnhaol at ddiwallu anghenion tai Wrecsam.

Yn unol â Deddf Cynllunio (Cymru) 2015, rydym yn awr yn cynnal ymgynghoriad cyn gwneud cais statudol ar y gwahanol geisiadau cynllunio yng Nghampws 2025.  I weld y ceisiadau cynllunio drafft, cwblhewch y ffurflen ar y dudalen hon https://www.glyndwr.ac.uk/en/AboutGlyndwrUniversity/Campus2025/ ac anfonir dolen i’r dogfennau gyda’r ateb.

Gweler yn y tabl isod y gwahanol geisiadau cynllunio a'r safleoedd y maent yn ymwneud â hwy. Mae dogfennau mewn ffolderi sy'n ymwneud â phob cais.  Os hoffech wneud sylwadau, anfonwch e-bost i: campus2025@glyndwr.ac.uk.  Yn yr ymatebion, gofynnwn i ymatebwyr nodi pa gais cynllunio y mae eu sylwadau yn ymwneud ag ef.

Part of our Campus 2025 strategy is a package of planning applications - the success of which are critical to the future of the university, which will enable us to upgrade our academic and accommodation facilities, so that the we can sustain a viable offering and student numbers across the range of academic courses which it provides. The package also involves the sale of redundant landholdings, which can make a positive contribution to meeting Wrexham’s housing need.

To accord with the Planning (Wales) Act 2015, we are now undertaking statutory pre-application consultation on the various planning applications within Campus 2025.  To view the draft planning applications, please complete the form on this page https://www.glyndwr.ac.uk/en/AboutGlyndwrUniversity/Campus2025/ and a link to the documents will be forwarded by reply.

See within the table below the various planning applications and the sites to which they relate to.  Documents are within folders relating to each application.  If you wish to make any comments, then please email: campus2025@glyndwr.ac.uk.  Within the responses, please can all responders confirm which planning application their comments relate to.
