Terfynau Amser Amgylchiadau Lliniarol

Noder mai'r dyddiad cau ar gyfer ffurflenni amgylchiadau lliniarol yw 4pm ddydd Iau 7 Mehefin 2018. Bydd angen bod gan bob cais dystiolaeth ategol ynghlwm; unwaith y byddwch chi wedi cyflwyno’ch ffurflen a’ch tystiolaeth ategol, ni fyddwch yn gallu tynnu'ch cais yn ôl. Bydd pob cais cymwys yn cael ei gyflwyno i’r Panel Amgylchiadau Lliniarol ar 8 Mehefin 2018.

Os nad oes gennych dystiolaeth ategol, ni fydd eich cais yn cael ei gyflwyno i'r Panel. Fe'ch cynghorir y byddai’n rhaid i chi, er mwyn i’ch cais gael ei ystyried, gyflwyno Apêl Academaidd yn dilyn hysbysiad o'ch canlyniadau ym mis Mehefin 2018.

Mae rhai eithriadau i'r hysbysiad hwn, rhaglenni nad ydynt wedi gorffen eto ar gyfer sesiwn academaidd 2017/18, i.e, Gwaith Ieuenctid a Chymuned, Gwaith Cymdeithasol, Therapi Galwedigaethol neu raglenni tebyg sy'n parhau dros yr haf ac sy’n cael eu cyflwyno i’r bwrdd am y tro cyntaf ym mis Medi. Os nad ydych yn sicr a fyddwch yn cael cyflwyno cais cysylltwch ag assessments@glyndwr.ac.uk

Mae gan y Brifysgol nifer o wasanaethau ar waith a all gynnig cymorth gan gynnwys cyngor ac arweiniad. Cysylltwch â'r Ddesg Gwybodaeth Myfyrwyr ar e-bost: ask@glyndwr.ac.uk neu ffoniwch: 01978 294421 lle gallwch chi gael eich cyfeirio at y gwasanaethau perthnasol neu cysylltwch ag Undeb y Myfyrwyr suadvice@glyndwr.ac.uk

Extenuating Circumstances Deadlines

Please note that the deadline for extenuating circumstances forms is 4pm on Thursday 7th June 2018. All eligible claims will be presented to the Extenuating Circumstances Panel on 8th June 2018.
