Examinations on the morning of Monday 9 May 2016 (Wrexham Campus only)
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the start of examinations held at the Wrexham campus on Monday 9th May had to be delayed to allow for road travel disruption in the region.
Please note that if you were unable to attend an examination on that date due to these circumstances, you should submit an extenuating circumstances claim within 10 working days, with evidence such as proof of your address and your journey details (for example, journey details from an online route planner).
Exceptionally, if you sat the examination but felt your performance was affected by disruption or delay to your journey, you should also complete an extenuating circumstances claim within 10 working days. Please note that if your claim is accepted, you will receive a mark of 0 for the examination, and you will be required to sit the exam again at the next opportunity offered to you by the assessment board.
Students affected by these circumstances will not be required to submit evidence of the traffic incident to support their claim, as the University has already confirmed the events.
For further information, please contact email@example.com. The Extenuating Circumstances claim form and guidance on its completion is available on the MyUni portal from the link below:
