As you are aware, Hannibal House was vacated at the end of June 2015 and arrangements have been made with the University of the Arts London to lease some rooms temporarily from them at their London College of Communication (LCC) building at the Elephant and Castle. This is conveniently located on the opposite side of the Elephant & Castle roundabout.

At LCC Glyndwr is based on the 8th floor. We have a small office in T802, and GUL administrative staff are on site each day in the office.  Resit examinations in the week of 17th August 2015 will take place at this location. You need to report to reception on the ground floor and advise them that you are a Glyndwr student and have your GUL ID card available, as it will be required.  You will be given instructions as to how to find the 8th floor.

The 8th floor is accessed by the lift from the first floor. As you enter the building, go up the stairs, and turn right into the canteen. Turn right again, following signs to ‘Tower’, take the lift to the 8th floor and look for the ‘Glyndwr’ logo and the office in T802.  The location of the examination venues will be published on a noticeboard outside T802 and staff will be available to help you to find the venue.

Please remember to bring your GUL ID cards with you as they will be needed to gain access to the building and for attendance monitoring purposes.  It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the examination start time to allow plenty of time to find the venue.
