Keeping your contact details up to date

 

This is a reminder to all International Tier 4 students that one of your responsibilities is to ensure all of your contact details are kept up to date. You must inform both Glyndŵr University and the UKVI of any changes to your contact details.

 

You can change your contact details with Glyndŵr University by visiting:

You can inform the UKVI of any changes to your contact details by visiting:

 

https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp

 

Please also be aware that when you change your address with Glyndŵr University you must also be able to provide supporting evidence within 5 working days.

 

What sort of document is acceptable?

 

Only certain types of documents are accepted.  The document must be clear to read, as must the copy taken.

 

It must not be more than 3 calendar months old and must be written in English.

 

The document should state your name, current term-time address and the date.

 

You must provide either:

 

  • A bank or building society statement.  This must show a sort code and account number and cannot be a circular.

 

  • A utility bill.  This must be an actual bill, and not marketing or promotional material. It cannot be a ‘closing bill.’

 

  • A valid tenancy agreement showing dates and signatures

 

  • Council tax statement

 

Please note we cannot accept any driving licences / provisional driving licence / police registration documents or electoral registration documents.
